Our Services

  • Listening to our residents is one of the most important things we do each day, so that we can truly get to know them. We explore people’s different characters, likes and dislikes. And we always pay special attention to people’s stories - because places filled with stories and warmth are places that everyone is happy to call home.
  • We believe that feeling looked after is as much about creating a sense of home as it is about providing quality care.
  • Life is all about relationships. And they remain just as important in our later years, helping to enrich each day and make it more rewarding.
  • When each new resident arrives in one of our care homes they become part of a new group that includes not only their own family and friends but also other residents, our nurses, carers and support team. It’s the blending of all these relationships that helps to fill each resident’s daily experience with new friendships, good company and a sense of family.
  • We specialise in high quality dementia care, we maintain family values and adapt to change, responding to needs, and we provide care that is individual, whilst recognising personal preferences.
  • We are committed to dignity care, and respect, equality, family values, and a clean, safe environment and we invest in our staff.
  • Another way we can help our residents to feel at home is for them to do familiar things. So our dedicated Activities Leaders gently encourage residents to carry on doing things they enjoy. If someone had a hobby or pastime they did before they arrived, we’ll encourage them to continue it with us. Or perhaps they may like to learn something new as we have a number of activities that run across all the services from gardening, to reading clubs, cooking, day trips, film days, drawing/painting, singing and dancing.
  • The important thing is that we treat every resident as an individual. If they enjoy sharing time with others, either in our home or on an organised trip out, they’re most welcome. Or, if they prefer quiet time alone, we’ll respect that too.
  • All our homes have visiting hairdressers and nail bars. We’ll also be pleased to arrange chiropody and a range of other therapies - all to help add a little more of the feelgood factor.
  • Dementia care.
  • We provide two types of dementia care: Residential dementia care and nursing dementia care. Residential dementia care provides 24-hour personalised care and assistance in a safe and comfortable environment. Nursing dementia care is for residents who need care and support from qualified nursing staff.
  • Respite and short stays.
  • Everyone is welcome to join us for a temporary stay, whether it’s to provide respite for a carer or family member, staying for day care, or to experience what it’s like living in one of our care homes before moving in long-term.
